For more than 35 years, Sieve Contractors, Inc. has provided general contracting, construction management, and pre-engineered building erection services to Franklin County and the surrounding communities. Headquartered in Washington, MO, Sieve Contractors is anchored by loyal employees who are dedicated to providing superior customer service and grounded in the philosophy that honesty and integrity are as important as the bottom line.
Our Story
Sieve Contractors was established in 1979 as a general contractor and steel erection company. The company was owned and operated by the Sieve Family. Although the Sieve family has retired, Sieve Contractors continues to uphold their legacy as a family owned and operated business; Sieve Contractors prides ourselves on being an honest company that provides quality, professionalism, and timeliness.

Sieve Contractors has completed an array of construction projects over the years ranging in size and complexity. Our expertise includes general contracting, pre-engineered buildings, standing seam roofing, commercial carpentry, industrial equipment installation, and alterations to existing buildings. Our veteran supervisors, foremen, and competent labor force have made us a successful company. Our extraordinary quality, attention to safety and our ability to complete projects ahead of schedule has developed a loyal and trusting clientele that continues to grow.
