Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) sales and Erection

PEMB are very versatile and customizable. From the initial sketch to the finished project, Sieve
will work with you to add custom finishes to the interior and exterior. Our goal is to make your
building one of a kind.

Standing Seam Roofs and Components

Sieve has a crew of certified standing seam roof installers. We install roofs and components such
as HVAC curbs, parapets, and solar panels.

Alterations of Existing Buildings

With extensive experience in commercial and industrial settings, Sieve can perform a multitude
of services to the interior and exterior of your building. Our experience includes projects such as adding safety improvements, overhead door framing, adding or modifying loading docks,
constructing mezzanines in existing structures, and exterior finishes such as overhangs and
canopies.

Commercial Carpentry

Sieve employs a team of highly skilled carpenters and laborers to complete a wide range of
interior finish projects. Metal stud framing, commercial man doors, cabinetry, bathroom
accessories, and installing windows are examples of our routine commercial carpentry projects.

Industrial Equipment Installation

We have extensive experience in the installation of production equipment, conveyors, pneumatic conveying, pipe racks, and dust collectors. We remain dedicated to the project until all equipment is up and running as designed.
